Everyone loves success stories and Mike Braniff, the owner of River City General Contractors, Inc. is one of them. Mike has been building homes since 1975. After receiving his degree from the University of Texas, Mike went to Houston where he built as many as 200 homes a year during the boom years, gaining experience both in commercial structures as well as residential homes. He has been building homes in Jacksonville for over 30 years and has built River City General Contractors, Inc. from a one man operation into a successful company. Mike says "customer service is absolutely the foundation of River City General Contractors, I believe in it, and dedicated to it and guarantee it". Mike is a "hands-on" custom builder, working directly with the customer to make sure that their experience in building is both comfortable and rewarding. He believes that every satisfied customer becomes his best marketing and sales representatives for future sales. That's why he is dedicated to meet or exceed your expectations.
